Owls are said to be wise! Are you wise like an Owl? How Wise are you? How well do you know yourself? What makes you laugh? … cry? … triggers your empathy? … your anger? Are you being the one and only authentic version of you? … or are you someone else’s version of you? To answer these questions you must tap into you own pool of wisdom within yourself. You must attain a state of Enlightenment. I know, it sounds a little tricky, but in fact if you answer the questions in the sentences above, you will in fact be searching for your own Enlightenment.
Enlightenment is sometimes thought of as a belief in the power of human reason, and at other times, it is thought of as a spiritual way of thinking about things. I like to think that it’s becoming aware of who the one and only authentic version of you is — and being that person. Tap into your own wisdom within, and get to know and become the REAL ENLIGHTENED YOU!
Very early in my writing career I decided with very little difficulty what I’d use as my tag line because I knew why I wanted to write. I aspired to inspire people to improve and enhance their lives. So, it was logical that my tag line would read “I Aspire To Inspire”. I wanted to make a difference with my writing, whether it was fiction or non-fiction because it was clear that there were many unhappy, confused people in the world who could benefit from a little inspiration. With that in mind I’ve added a new feature to my blog – Wickedly Wise Inspiration Cards.
I’ll be adding a new card every week and I’d love to send them to you to add a little inspiration to your week. If the idea of receiving a little inspiration at an unexpected moment sounds good to just send me your email address below. Or check back often if you need a little inspiration.
